Roulade of Chicory with bacon, walnuts and asiago
Wash and dry the radicchio. Arrange in a baking dish and a slice of bacon on top of it you have 4 leaves of radicchio. Additions half walnuts and a bit of Asiago. Wrap the bacon around the radicchio, chiudendovi inside the walnut and cheese. Place your rolls on a baking sheet, place in oven at 220° C for 10 minutes.
Turn on the grill to make sure that the bacon is golden brown and crisp.
