Cabbage with beer

Preparation

Peel the cabbage, wash and cut into strips.
Peel the onion, wash, chop and soffriggetela in a pan with oil and butter, then add the cabbage and sauté. Add salt and pepper, add the cornstarch and pour, pouring the beer a little at a time.
Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle the cabbage with cumin and serve hot.
