Sweet and sour onions
Peel the onions, and rinse in clean water. In a glass prepare a mixture of vinegar, water and sugar, according to the indicated doses. In a pan pour oil and put the onions. Turn on the heat and cook for a few minutes on high heat.
Add onions to the mixture with salt and continue cooking for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust the cooking time depending on the dimensiole of onions, which at the end will be soft but without delaminating.
When cooked, turn up the heat to maximum for about 1 minute browning the onions, season with salt and serve immediately in the table piping hot.
